“Omotenashi” represents the act of hospitality by providing detailed service in a variety of ways to allow guests to spend a relaxing and memorable time by putting customers first.

The store celebrates the art of gifting. It replaces traditional counter with a workshop-like packaging station with wrapping rolls, ribbons and gift bags delicately arranged. A simple act of wrapping is made special with a touch of care and generosity.

More than conveying the luxury image and quality of the product, the store design aims to offer customers the experience of YOKU MOKU’s proud long-standing value of handmade and ‘omotenashi’.
